Participants
The participants, who are able to work and think at academic level, are aged from forty upwards, and have senior positions in the public sector or business life:
- Enterprising managers (director of own company, top consultant);
- Business unit managers;
- General Managers, members of boards of directors, directors of public services, directors of political, ideological and social organisations, and other senior managers;
- Specific professional groups, e.g. artists, journalists and doctors.
The ages of the participants range from 40 to approximately 65 years. The maximum number of participants is 16 persons. This is to warrant the quality of the Course and the interaction during the Course. We strive to achieve a balanced distribution of the participants from the different target groups. Participation will be based on an exploratory mutual conversation.
