Coordination
Moderators
Every Comenius Course will take place under the supervision of a moderator. The moderator supervises the group process as well as the individual learning process, he monitors the learning code agreed on and connects the scientific knowledge that is presented to personal insights.
Module coordinators
In addition to the moderator a module coordinator will participate in the European modules while a field coordinator will participate in the Chinese Comenius Course and in the Financial Ethics Course. These various module coordinators are mostly prominent Dutch professors, they are all specialists in the specific field that is being discussed during that particular course module. The module coordinators put the knowledge that is presented in a wider social or cultural context, i.e. serve as bridges in terms of knowledge content.
Field coordinators
Similar to the module coordinators, the field coordinators are specialists in a specific field of knowledge and they put the knowledge that is presented in a wider social or cultural context. Unlike the module coordinators, however, the field coordinators are present not just during one course module but they will be present as content support staff during the entire course.
The menu below will enable you to learn more about the various Comenius moderators, module coordinators, and field coordinators.
