Leadership Courses
Comenius offers several leadership courses. All these courses focus on being introduced to in-depth insights into various fields of science. The knowledge offered will offer ample occasion to reflect on one’s own leadership. At Comenius you will learn how to think out of the box and how to expand the framework of your thinking. You will learn how to view situations from various angles and to approach them with more creativity. Each course has its own themes and accents.
National Comenius Course
The National Comenius Course is an executive programme about vision and strategy. The participants will become acquainted with field-transcending fundamental insights from seven fields of science by entering into a dialogue with prominent Dutch professors.
European Comenius Course
The European Comenius Course is an executive programme that focuses on leadership development. During a journey along prominent European universities social, economic and technical developments will be discussed in academic lectures.
American Comenius Course
Unlike the National and European Comenius Courses, which focus on the seven fields of science, the American programme focuses on the topic 'leadership and spirit'. Thus, the course will offer insight into the driving forces and dynamics of the American mindset, which will offer leads for innovation and change.
Chinese Comenius Course
The Chinese Comenius Course is an executive programme on ‘leadership and decisiveness’ in collaboration with the top universities Peking University and Tsinghua University in Beijing and Fudan University in Shanghai. This Course will offer you the opportunity to reflect on the decisiveness and balance of your own leadership in a fundamental manner.
